JAZZ AT THE CENTER

Jazz at the Center is more than just a concert series—it’s an outdoor celebration of Indianapolis’s rich jazz heritage and diverse cultural landscape. Presented by the Indianapolis Jazz Foundation and Indy Jazz Fest, this vibrant series brings live music to the open air, uniting communities through the universal language of music. With something for all ages, Jazz at the Center is a fun, family-friendly experience that welcomes everyone to enjoy the sounds of summer together.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Guests are welcome to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets, however, coolers/outside food and drink will not be permitted. No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.

  • Beer, wine, water, and soft drinks will be available for purchase. The Jazz Kitchen will be providing a limited menu with meal options as well as snacks.

  • There is limited parking available outside of the venue, but we recommend utilizing street parking off Ferguson St or Cornell Ave.

  • A small number of chairs will be provided in front of the stage - seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • Our staff will make a judgment call prior to the event and will make every effort to alert you if it is indeed canceled via email and social media. We have rain dates scheduled for each show, and all previously purchased tickets will be honored.
