That’s a wrap on Indy Jazz Fest 2026.
Four nights. Two centennials. One very full Saturday. Indy Jazz Fest 2026 opened at The Jazz Kitchen with the Indianapolis Jazz Collective honoring Miles Davis and John Coltrane at 100, then brought Tito Puente Jr. and Grammy-winning flautist Néstor Torres to the same stage. The Vogue belonged to Nate Smith, The Nth Power and Break Science for The Big Beat. The Grand Finale filled two stages at the Indy Art Center and OptiPark with Sheila E. & The E-Train, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, MonoNeon, Charlie Hunter Trio and more, and The Afterset kept it going at Turntable.
Thank you to presenting sponsor Citizens Energy Group, to every artist, volunteer and partner, and to all of you who showed up for Indy jazz.
